Choose your
level
You can choose between 30 unique DeepSleep 20 minutes
soundscapes packed into three different levels:
Beginner level
includes ten 20 min soundscapes with 1/4 breathing ratio with 3
second inhale and 12 second exhale (4 breaths per minute). Start with
this level and when you feel comfortable with this breathing
frequency move to the next level.
Advanced level includes ten
20 min soundscapes with 1/4 breathing ratio with 4 second inhale and
16 second exhale (3 breaths per minute). Use different soundscapes to
practice further slowing of the breath and move to the next level
when comfortable.
Master level includes ten 20 min soundscapes
with 1/5 breathing ratio with 5 second inhale and 25 second exhale (2
breaths per minute). This is very low frequency and at this level you
already became the master of your breath and in control of your
sleep.
